IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Philippine Bureau of Customs require ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF MANIFEST (E2M) latest 6hrs before vessel arrival. Penalty of PHP10,000 (US$250) to PHP30,000 (US$750) per HBL will be imposed for failure to comply. Suggest to kindly send complete documents at least 2 days before vessel ETA.
