Standard Network Practices The standard network/international trade practices must apply at all times. Failure to observe any of these practices shall be subjected to membership “termination” or “suspension”. The network reserves the right in its decisions. 1. Cargo can only be “Released” upon the presentation of appropriate documentation. 2. All Rates quoted should be indicated with “Validity Date” to avoid dispute. 3. Failure to pay within the pre-agreed terms of payment. 4. Double/Multiple collection of freight, port and handling charges will be seriously viewed and is not permitted.
5. Unauthorised global/official circulation within the network is not permitted. All internal circulation must be prior approved by the network management team.

Code of Ethics
1. Pledge to offer the fullest support to all fellow members especially on freight enquires.
2. Pledge to be competent, efficient, and prompt when we undertake to provide services.
3. Pledge to abide to the standard communication/response time with fellow members. All email must be responded to within 24 hours.
4. Pledge to support in every bona fide sales activity with fellow members for mutual benefit.
5. Pledge to respect fellow members/partners by refraining from back selling to their clients.
6. Pledge to execute shipment instructions in accordance with the Shipping Advice.
7. Pledge to seek assistance from the Alliance to arbitrate in any dispute or disagreement between fellow members.
